NEVER go here. They had my truck in the shop for 6 weeks. I can see 3-4 but 6 is insane. We would call and ask for updates because we were supposed to be getting them and we got lied to every time. Not to mention it still has problems and they are problems it didn’t have before going to this shop. If you want more issues and to be stranded without a vehicle take it there if not I highly suggest taking it elsewhere. All I can say is these people are liars and lazy. Update it broke down on me in the middle of the road 3 days into having it because they didn’t replace things that needed to be replaced. I now have to buy a whole new transmission because they literally didn’t do anything for 6 whole weeks. Like I said before never go here

Transmission exchange did a very nice and thorough job finding out what was wrong with my vehicle. They didn’t just hook it up to a computer and said this is wrong they took the time to come up with a real diagnostic for my vehicle. Everybody I spoke to there was very friendly.

Do not every go here worst experience ever . So my van had a transmission problem so I called gentleman was very nice helpful a seemed very knowledgeable . Still think he is but is poor choices on buisness is just wrong . So I took it in for a diagnosis possible repair at most 250 for dig So he calls me tells me three hours after I left yes definitely needs a transmission . Me ok how much we talking well I go off of used transmission prices etc locally around 4200 I authorized that . Calls me 8 am next day well we got it out converter shattered pump etc etc what I would like to do is build it do upgraded converter an pump out the door 5500 wow that’s a lot ok I have no choice let’s do it . Mind u I am not rich I raise my two sons on my own one on the autistic spectrum so I work hard and expect to be treated fairly . So he tells me completion later today . No call then I call today at 10 an owner son very beat around the bush kinda guy because he doesn’t know what lie his dad has already feed me so I said I’ll wait till I hear from u ty .well I get a call at 3 pm from owner well your vans done runs great built converter great but know u have a rusted line on tranny an it leaks … wha

I had a great experience with Transmission Exchange. They did an excellent job on my car and I am very happy with the service I received. They were able to get me in quickly, diagnosed the issue, and completed the work in a timely manner. Highly recommend transmission exchange !

As a woman, I felt completely taken advantage of at this shop. The guy at the front desk, Chuck, is a fast, smooth talker—but anyone paying attention can read him like a book. I came in for a simple transmission diagnostic and somehow left with a laundry list of supposed issues, including front-end and rear-end work that had absolutely nothing to do with why I was there. One thing I should have noticed immediately is how they can “always fit you in.” There’s a reason for that. Any reputable transmission shop is usually booked out weeks in advance. This place seems to thrive on desperate people who need answers fast and may not know any better. It honestly felt like they were pushing unnecessary repairs or outright making things up. I didn’t trust a word of it, so I went to another shop without mentioning anything Chuck had said. They inspected the car and told me it was clean as a whistle. When I explained what this shop claimed was wrong, they laughed and said it looked like someone had sprayed diff fluid on my axle to make it appear there was a leak/problem. Absolutely mind-blowing experience. Be very careful here and get a second opinion before agreeing to anything. I would n
